Project Overview
Cromwell Property Group approached Inscape with another challenge to redefine level 7, 207 Kent Street that attracted tenants to the space. The brief included the need for in industrial feel, however corporate and usable for a vast range of prospective tenants. Cromwell also required the lobby upgraded to ensure that once tenants exited the lift, the lobby invited them into the various tenancies.
Simple but effective – Inscape’s design captured this brief and planned a space that was warm, inviting and captured tenants attention. The use of natural colours, basic joinery and workstations that can be easily re-designed or modified to suit any type of business model. The lobby involved feature timeless lighting, and neutral finishes with the timber panelling from the ground floor lobby becoming a feature.
207 Kent Street is adjacent to the Barangaroo precinct and a sought after location for many tenants looking to upgrade to a Grade A Building.
