With views of the Harbour Bridge, perfectly poised and within a stones throw from Barangaroo, Inscape have delivered another showstopper speculative suite at 207 Kent Street.
The design intent was to create a standout space which focuses on productivity and flexibility to accommodate tenants looking to make a move to a new office space. With the attraction of the city and Harbour view, whilst also completing upgrade works to the lobby and full upgrade to the amenities.
Throughout the space the exposed ceiling with feature lighting is complimented by warm, neutral Scandinavian inspired finishes. It also features a timber seating area to welcome visitors on arrival into the reception. The boardroom is a statement of luxury and elegance and impossible to miss is the stand-up phone booth, which is perfect for undisturbed working, featuring luxurious textured wall panels.
The kitchen holds a large breakout area for social activities which overlooks a rooftop famous for once filming the iconic scene within the first Matrix movie, the fight scene where Neo bends backwards. Inscape like to think the design to the newly created space, is both modern and almost as flexible!
The new amenities are bright and fresh utilising touchless contact sensor taps and hand dryers, we have always engineered these design features with welfare of end users in mind. We continue to look at how we design spaces of high traffic to best serve building and public, appealing to existing tenants and encouraging a safe return to the workplace in our mean tested approach to landlord works.
