Inscape recently completed the delivery of five speculative suites for Cromwell Property Group, located at Tower One, 475 Victoria Avenue in the heart of Chatswood CBD. Each suite was designed to showcase the essence of the Landmark “A Grade” building.
The first suite, named “Organic harmony,” was designed to create a tranquil space with a minimalist palette, using natural timber feature screens and bespoke aqua stylings in the kitchen to add charm and sophistication.
The second suite, “Pure,” drew inspiration from dynamic daylight and utilized art in an inviting home-like environment to create character and help prospective tenants envision themselves occupying the space.
The third suite, “Basalt,” features bespoke timber screen dividers and a refined sage and olive palette with contrasting materials, exuding a minimal, modest, calm, and bright ambiance. The panoramic reception glass walls located at the heart of the suite engage tenants with external surroundings, showcasing the lobby and promoting interaction.
The fourth suite, “Seed,” was designed with natural wood panelling and warm tones to create an open office space with vibrancy. The lobby includes a banquette that runs the length of the reception, providing additional seating and a pop of color. A stunning vertical timber feature screen is the centerpiece of the project, drawing the eye into the space and capturing attention.
An early lease off-market of the fifth suite was achieved successfully. Each suite has a unique palette and distinguishing elements, setting Inscape’s design approach apart. Working with the team was a pleasure, and Inscape looks forward to future collaborations.
