Project Overview
After completing a plethora of design and construction jobs for Cromwell Property Group, Inscape were approached for their Northbourne Avenue undertaking in Canberra. This expansive project spans over 1500m2 and included the full design and construction of four separate tenancies as well as building, lobby and bathroom upgrades.
Our interior design team created four separate tenancies, each with their own personality to suit a multitude of professional teams Australia wide. Each space has a mixture of decadent waiting areas, smart meeting rooms, executive boardrooms, functional feature breakout facilities and flexible workspaces.
Inscape’s Project Delivery team worked collaboratively to create all four professional environments in under 8 weeks whilst also upgrading the building façade, facilities and services. Our construction team achieved this without causing disruption to the tenants occupying a shared floor. Inscape delivered high quality commercial spaces through rigorous attention to detail and seamless project planning.
