Project Overview
In the landmark building, Northpoint Tower in the heart of North Sydney’s CBD, Inscape were approached by Cromwell Property Group to design and construct three brand new office suites on level 17. The challenge was to create three separate spaces, each with their own personality, on a floor shared with a working tenancy. Inscape rose to the challenge and created three open and flexible office environments that foster team collaboration without any disruption to our busy neighbours.
Suite 1 is a fresh and versatile space with an expansive desk area and enclosed meeting rooms. The mix of natural timbers, soft grey hues and arctic whites in the interior design adds a Nordic flair to the modern space. Paired with the stunning plant screen separating the breakout area and the casual meeting space the design brings a bit of the outside in freshening up the space.
Suite 2 is another open office environment with a plethora of seating options such as acoustic casual meeting booths which ensure privacy but retain the flexible office ambiance. A striking interior feature in this space is the beautiful carbon mirrored and antique mottled splashback in the breakout space. This is accented by the large spherical smoke mirrored pendants with vintage bulbs in the enclosed boardroom and the rope wall divider in the waiting area.
Suite 3 is a more traditional functional office space with an enclosed boardroom, workstation area, breakout space, reception desk and waiting area. The stone cloud feature carpet tile has splashes of red which ties in with the elm and ash furniture. The high bench area in the breakout space is accented by sleek black finishes in the kitchen joinery. This contemporary office is an environment with a variety of segmented areas suited both for privacy and collaboration.
The North Sydney office space, in the eagerly awaited 100 Miller Street location, is an enviable environment with a variety of office and retail spaces across 35 levels. Each contemporary suite, designed by Inscape, has it’s own personality with stand-out interior features and functional office environments equipped to suit any professional team.
