We’re really pleased to have delivered two suites at the CBD landmark, 1 York Street for 151 Property. Initially one space, the vision of the project was to create two unique office spaces Suites 2 &3, on 17, 1 York Street. Tasked with densifying the floor plate, a timeless design had to be aligned with design intent – creating two different uses of the space by utilising all the offerings of the Grade A building and location.
Suite 2, L17
The first of the suites has bespoke wallpaper combined with a minimalist Scandinavian colour palette. Strategically placed feature lighting and live plants gives the space a dimension of connectivity to natural world. The curved mirror, above the sign in desk adds a unique feature. The space remains bright and open, reflected by calming tones of blue that extenuate the natural light throughout the space bringing the outside in.
Suite 3, L17
Our second of the suites welcomes the future tenant using a natural look timber panelling feature wall within the reception. The design, streamlines black industrial finishes in other neighbourhoods such as the boardroom, kitchen and utility space which are complimented by a rich terracotta colour fabric – textured and detailed. The natural and feature lighting creates a space abundant in personality, with a bespoke mix of textures and materials creating an atmosphere of enticement as you move through the space.
Both suites, are standalone within the building and take full advantage of the natural light and city views. Each design has its own identity – and therefore each atmosphere is enticing and alluring for potential tenants.
