We were engaged to carry out an extensive strip-out and stage one sports bar and gaming room refurbishment of The Delany Hotel, part of Newcastle’s dining district.
Designed by architectural and interior design firm luchettikrelle, the Delany, is a classic interpretation of the family diner and we worked closely together to ensure the space is brimming with character.
The venue is underpinned in the essence of Newcastle’s historic surroundings and standouts as one of the most iconic watering hotels, know to locals and patrons exclusively as ‘The Del’.
This new sports bar venue features high class joinery. As you enter The Del the warm use of natural timber and high level finishes gives this public house a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Stage one includes; the sports bar, amenities upgrade and gaming room refurbishment. Total strip out and services upgrade including mechanical, electrical and fire services- designed and built in house.
The heart of the space is the custom tile bar centrepiece and a feature set ceiling, with a refined layer of colour forms to make the space inviting and accessible.
The brand is felt right away when you arrive, a place that holds many memories where guests can switch off and enjoy their surroundings. The pub is a place for communities to meet, and Inscape invite you to check out the Del in all it’s glory the next time you are in Newcastle.
